"Product is good but has some difficulties installing. The new gasket on the wiper was very tight and had to force it on the slider post. I had to work it on and off a few times before the gasket seated properly around the slider."

"I ordered a new dropper post cartridge which was posted very quickly but unfortunately this was lost by the delivery company (not One Up fault) This was resolved very quickly and a new item sent out immediately which arrived the next day. The cartridge is very easy to fit and my post now works perfectly"
