Love these pedals and how
"Love these pedals and how they glide off rock strikes. Good grip and big enough platform for my size 12. 5’s"
The ultra-thin, subtly convex profile gives you more grip by letting the pedal sit in the natural arch of your foot, allowing your foot to wrap around and hug the pedal platform. Our convex shape also makes it easy to reposition your foot mid-ride, which riders love on bikes like dirt jumpers. The low-profile also drastically reduces pedal strikes on technical trails.
The huge 115x105mm platform has 10 hexagonal pins per side to keep you planted on the roughest of trails and deliver more power on climbs. Want less aggressive pins? Our Friendly Pin Kit includes aluminum nuts that cover the pre-installed pins for a more forgiving feel. Have smaller feet or want a smaller platform? For feet below 6.5 US (M), 8 US (W), 6 US (Kids), or 38 EU, we make a Small Composite Pedal.
At only 355g, the Composite Pedals are the lightest full-size pedal we make. Built from a Nylon composite, they're a smart alternative to aluminum: just as tough, lighter on your bike, and easier on your wallet. They won't weigh you down. And their durable design won't let you down, either.
Each pedal features 10 replaceable, rear-loading pins per side, so even if a pin gets damaged, it's easy to replace. All our pedals are fully rebuildable at home with no special tools or mechanical background needed. Service guides and replacement parts are all on our website. With 7 colours to choose from, these pedals will be right at home on any all your bikes, from your everyday commuter to your DH rig.

"Having a convex pedal body design makes it a lot easier to roll the pedal forward than concave pedals like race face and specialized flat pedals. Also could be thinner profile, and the pins bend if you look at them wrong."
"Never ever buy one up pedals. I’ve brighten two pairs, one aluminum and one composite. The only reason I’ve gotten two is because the first one’s had a few pins break off within the first few rides, and then a few months later developed a squeak. So, I opted to get the cheaper composite ones. SAME THING."
"I am really happy with the grip and the color of the pedals. Bought one gor myself and one for my wife, we are both really satisfied."
"Just 👌 what a great pair of pedals. Keeps my foot perfectly panted on the pedal. I have put them to the test first time I rode them. 5 pairs later of different types from different brands. I have finally found the pair for me and my style of riding. Cheers for that guys. So happy with them ,I bought a second set with a week of using them!"
"2nd set. Takes a beating and keeps on spinning. To this day I have not had to change a pin. Worth every penny."
"best composites for the price full stop"
"If you pedal flats these have the best retention I have tried. Light, durable, cheap, what's not to like."
"Comfortable and very grippy"
"Nice non-slip platform"
The Oneup Components Composite Pedal is a lightweight and durable platform pedal designed for mountain biking. It features a slim profile and a slightly convex platform that provides superior grip and control.
The pedal is made from Nylon Composite (advanced plastics) and feature a steel axle and steel pins.
The pedal weighs in at only 355 grams (pair), making it one of the lightest pedals on the market.
Yes, the composite pedals and grips are color matched. It is important to note that, due to the coloring processes during manufacturing, the colors of the composite and rubber products will not perfectly match any of our Metal anodized products.
All OneUp pedals comes as a set, one left side pedal and one right side pedal.
There is no way to reduce the pin height on the composite pedals. But you can purchase our friendly pin kit which includes nuts that make the regular pins less aggressive.
It is recommended to service your pedals a minimum of once a year. If you ride more than 3 days a week then more regular servicing is ideal.
