The 'Friendly Pin' is actually a friendly nut – an elongated aluminum nut that covers a regular threaded pedal pin.

The Friendly Pins come installed on the Small Composite Pedal but they are also compatible with the larger OneUp Composite Pedals.

"I bought this kit for my large composite pedals. I had to use the original screws as the ones in the kit are a bit too long and the stick out the end of the cap nuts. Works great, way less aggressive than stock. They still give good grip with my winter boots and there is no need to worry about ripping up my riding pants."
