Great product to have in time of need.
"If you do not have in frame storage this is a must have. You can fit everything but a tube in this little fella. Well thought out idea of getting most of the essentials in a little package."
The 100cc EDC Pump’s hollow body is designed to store the 20-function EDC V2 Tool and Plug & Plier Kit inside. With the EDC Pump you’ll have all the tools all the time.
At 100cc and 160g, the EDC Pump has the highest volume to weight ratio of any pump on the market. The larger volume is great for extra storage and higher pressures. Toss it in your pack and hit the trails or the backroads.
Push it on, pump it up, pull it off. Our pump head supports the valve stem to avoid bending, breaking or unseating the valve. Plus, no threading means no chance of unscrewing your valve core when you remove the pump.
The pump has a standard Presta head, which does allow the pump to work with a Clik valve. However, based on rider feedback, we're aware that the pump can feel quite stiff during use.
The multi tool is just one part of a whole. It is designed to be held captive within the EDC tool system. That complete tool can then be inserted into the pump and everything will be held nice, quiet and compact. Here is a link to the complete EDC tool system.
Yes! We have three packs of pump mount straps available in the EDC small parts section of the website.
It is likely that the top O-ring is dry. Best thing to do is rub a small amount of grease onto the o-ring and re-install it. If that does not help, please email us at support@oneupcomponents.com.
The pump mount has a max extension of 30mm from the center of the mounting bolts.
First make sure the handle seal is fully seated onto the handle. Then make sure you are running the pump with the pointed handle up. If it continue to extend, please email us at support@oneupcomponents.com and we can help!
The inflator head of the pump (the anodized green part) doubles as a CO2 inflator head, simply unthread it from the pump and you can thread your CO2 right onto it.
It can be quite snug from assembly, the first removal may require you use an 8mm hex key to unthread it.
This pump is only compatible with Presta valves.
This pump is designed for MTB and gravel applications. It will happily get to 50-60PSI. Any pressure beyond that is not practical and we do not recommended this pump for high pressure road applications.
The pump head fits quite snugly on the valves when new. Be sure you give it a firm & straight push down onto the valve before inflating.

"When I'm cycling, the utility is everything in time of emergency on gravel riding or mountain biking. With 100 cc EDC pump, I store 2 20g co2 canisters. And that's just perfect for dealing with tires in mountain biking or gravel biking. I got this set up to or all of my mountain bikes and gravel bikes."
"Initial thoughts well built compact design. Like the removable CO2 head. Looking forward to using this pump for a long time."
"Love this pump with the tool. Most convenient piece of kit to keep all this together would get this for all our bikes in the future."
"Great concept! Has everything that you need and it fits compactly. I love that the head of the pump also acts as a CO2 valve. One question though: why would you make the tool needed to unscrew it from the pump larger than what is included in the multitool? Are you supposed to loosen it enough so that it can be undone with one’s hand? Or are you supposed to carry an extra tool?"
"A fantastic product that keeps all the things you need on a ride in one place on your bike so you never have to worry about it"
"Haven’t had to use it yet, but it’s a must have piece of equipment when out biking. Seems to be very high-quality and well designed."
"Everything’s awesome!!"
"Very high quality build on everything. Very thought out design. Always blows people away when I pull a whole tool kit with plugs out of a pump! 10/10"
"While i'm not a weight weenie by any stretch, this pump is noticeably heavier than most of similar size. Perhaps this is the simple trade-off for consolidating minitools + co2 cartridge, etc within such a compact shell made of a durable alloy capable of high(er) pressures. A great tool, for sure, in terms of compact, multi-functionality. . . but dont go in this direction if you're looking to save/minimize every gram."
